English translation
Every holder of a specified fixed share shall receive the surplus over it by return in proportion to his share. Thus, a sole daughter shall receive half the estate as a fixed share and the other half by return, and shall take the entire estate if there is no other heir alongside her.

كل ذي فرض مسمى فإنه يرد عليه ما زاد عنه بنسبة سهمه، فيرد على البنت الواحدة
نصف التركة بالفرض والنصف الآخر بالرد وتحوز التركة كلها إذا لم يكن معها
