Section One: Of exclusion by reduction, the one who excludes and inherits is confined to the child, however far descended. This includes children and children's children, such as a son's son, a son's daughter, a daughter's son, and a daughter's daughter. Such a descendant excludes the parents from anything exceeding the two sixths by prescribed share and return, and inherits with them.

القسم الأول : من حجب النقصان الذي يحجب ويرث يختص بالولد وإن نزل
فيشمل الأولاد وأولاد الأولاد كابن الابن وبنت الابن وابن البنت وبنت البنت
