The children of the deceased's paternal uncle, paternal aunt, maternal uncle, and maternal aunt take precedence over the paternal uncles of his father and mother, their paternal aunts, her maternal uncles, and their maternal aunts. Likewise, descendants of those children, however remote, take precedence over the second degree of paternal uncles, paternal aunts, maternal uncles, and maternal aunts.

أولاد عم الميت وعمته وخاله وخالته مقدمون على أعمام أبيه وأمه وعماتهما وأخوالها
وخالاتهما، وكذلك من نزلوا من الأولاد وإن بعدوا فإنهم مقدمون على الدرجة
