English translation
The grandfather’s guardianship is conditional neither on the father being alive nor on his death. When both are present, each shall independently exercise guardianship, and if either dies, guardianship shall belong exclusively to the other.

لا يشترط في ولاية الجد حياة الأب ولا موته، فعند وجودهما معاً يستقل كل منهما
