English translation
The guardianship of the father and grandfather over an insane male minor and female minor continues if their insanity continues into puberty. However, if they attain puberty mature and sane and then become insane, guardianship in marrying her off belongs to the judge, to the exclusion of the father and grandfather, in accordance with the Jaʿfari school.

تستمر ولاية الأب والجد على الصغير والصغيرة المجنونين إذا اتصل جنونهما بالبلوغ،
أما إذا بلغا راشدين عاقلين ثم جنا فالولاية في تزويجها للقاضي دون الأب والجد
