English translation
If a husband swears an oath indicating abstention from sexual intercourse with his wife for four months or more, or without specifying a period, and persists in his oath until four months have elapsed, the judge shall, at her request, pronounce one revocable divorce against him.

إذا حلف الزوج على ما يفيد ترك مسيس زوجته مدة اربعة أشهر فأكثر ، او دون
تحديد مدة ، واستمر على يمينه حتى مضت اربعة أشهر ، طلقها عليه القاضي طلقة
