English translation
a - If a husband who is present refuses to provide maintenance for his wife, has no apparent assets, and his insolvency has not been established, his wife may request judicial divorce. The judge shall divorce her from him immediately, and he may avert the divorce by paying her maintenance due from the date the action was filed. b - If the husband establishes his insolvency, or is absent at a known location or imprisoned, and has no apparent assets, the judge shall grant him a period of not less than one month and not more than three months, in addition to the prescribed time allowances for distance, to pay the aforementioned maintenance. If he fails to provide maintenance, the judge shall divorce her from him. c - If the husband is absent at an unknown location, or missing, and has no apparent assets, the judge shall divorce her from him without granting a period of grace.

أ- إذا امتنع الزوج الحاضر عن الانفاق على زوجته ، وليس لـه مـال ظاهر ، ولم يثبت
اعساره ، فلزوجته طلب التطليق ، ويطلق القاضي عليه في الحال وله ان يتوقى
التطليق بدفع نفقتها الواجبة من تاريخ رفع الدعوى.
ب - إذا اثبت الزوج اعساره ، او كان غائبا في مكان معلوم او محبوسا ، وليس لـه
مال ظاهر ، امهله القاضي مدة لا تقل عن شهر ولا تجاوز ثلاثة أشهر ، مضافا
اليها المواعيد المقررة للمسافة ، ليؤدي النفقة المذكورة ، فان لم ينفق طلقها عليه.
ج - إذا كان الزوج غائبا في مكان مجهول ، او مفقودا، وليس له مال ظاهر ، طلق
