English translation
If the father stipulates in a khulʿ agreement that he keep the child with him during the custody period, the khulʿ shall be valid and the condition void. The female custodian shall be entitled to take the child, and the father shall be liable for the child's maintenance and custody remuneration.

إذا اشترط الاب في المخالعة امساك الولد عنده مدة الحضانة ، صح الخلع ، وبطل
الشرط ، وكان للحاضنة اخذ الولد ، ويلزم ابوه نفقته ، واجرة حضانته.Ask about this article
