English translation
Khulʿ by a woman suffering from death illness is valid, and the consideration shall be counted against one-third of her property in the absence of the heirs' approval. If she dies during the waiting period, the husband granting khulʿ shall be entitled to the least of his inheritance from her, the consideration, and one-third of the property. If she dies after the waiting period, or before consummation, he shall be entitled to the lesser of the consideration and one-third of the property.
