English translation
a- If it is stipulated in a khulʿ agreement that the mother breastfeed the child, have custody of the child without remuneration, or provide for the child for a specified period, and she fails to fulfil her undertaking, the father may recover an amount equivalent to the child's maintenance, breastfeeding remuneration, or custody remuneration. b- If the mother is insolvent, the father shall be compelled to provide maintenance for the child, and it shall constitute a debt owed by her.

أ- إذا اشترط في المخالعة ان تقوم الام بإرضاع الولد ، او حضانته دون اجر ، او
بالإنفاق عليه مدة معينة ، فلم تقم بما التزمت به ، كان للاب ان يرجع بما يعادل
نفقة الولد ، او اجرة رضاعه ، او حضانته.
ب - وإذا كانت الام معسرة يجبر الاب على نفقة الولد، وتكون دينا عليها .Ask about this article
