English translation
A divorce pronounced by the judge for failure to provide maintenance shall be revocable. The husband may take his wife back during the waiting period if he proves to the court his financial means such that he is able to maintain her continuously, and expresses readiness to provide maintenance.

تطليق القاضي بعدم الانفاق يقع رجعيا.
وللزوج ان يراجع زوجته في العدة إذا اثبت للمحكمة يساره بحيث يقدر على مداومة
