A person is prohibited, by reason of consanguinity, from marrying: a- His ascendant, however high. b- His descendant, however low. c- The descendants of his parents, however remote. d- The first generation of descendants of his grandfathers and grandmothers.

يحرم على الشخص بسبب النسب:
ا - أصله وان علا.
ب - فرعه وان نزل.
ج - فروع ابويه وان بعدوا.
