a- The validity of marriage requires the presence of two Muslim witnesses who are adult, sane males, both hearing the words of the contracting parties and understanding their intended meaning. b- The testimony of two persons of the People of the Book is valid in the marriage of a Muslim man to a woman of the People of the Book. أ - يشترط في صحة الزواج حضور شاهدين مسلمين، بالغين ، عاقلين ، رجلين ،
سامعين معا كلام المتعاقدين ، فاهمين المراد منه .
