a- Offer and acceptance in marriage shall be made orally using words that customarily convey its meaning, or in any language. b- An offer between absent persons may be made in writing or through a messenger. c- In the event of inability to speak, writing shall take its place; if writing is impossible, by intelligible signs. أ- يكون الايجاب والقبول في الزواج مشافهة بالألفاظ التي تفيد معناه عرفا او بأي
لغة .
ب - ويجوز ان يكون الايجاب بين الغائبين بالكتابة او بواسطة رسول.
