English translation
If mutual imprecation takes place between the man and the woman, the judge shall disavow the child's parentage in relation to the man; the man shall not be obliged to maintain the child, neither shall inherit from the other, and the child shall be affiliated to its mother.

إذا جرى اللعان بين الرجل والمرأة ، نفي القاضي نسب الولد عن الرجل ، ولا تجب
