English translation
From the date this Law enters into force: In the event of denial, an action for acknowledgment of parentage shall not be heard unless the acknowledgment is established in an official document, or in a private document wholly handwritten and signed by the acknowledging person, or bearing an authenticated signature.

من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون :
لا تسمع دعوى الاقرار بالنسب عند الانكار الا إذا كان الاقرار ثابتا بورقة رسمية
، او عرفية ، مكتوبة كلها بخط المقر وعليها توقيعه ، او كان مصدقا على التوقيع
