English translation
In cases where a child's parentage is established by the marital-bed presumption in a subsisting or dissolved valid marriage, or by consummation in a defective marriage or intercourse under a mistaken belief of lawfulness, the man may deny the child's parentage from him within seven days from the time of birth or knowledge thereof, provided that he has not acknowledged parentage expressly or implicitly.

في الاحوال التي يثبت فيها نسب الولد بالفراش في زواج صحيح قائم او منحل ،
او بالدخول في زواج فاسد او بشبهة ، يجوز للرجل ان ينفي عنه نسب الولد خلال
سبعة ايام من وقت الولادة او العلم بها ، بشرط الا يكون قد اعترف بالنسب
