English translation
a- A child's parentage through the mother shall be established by her acknowledgment, provided that the conditions for a man's acknowledgment of a child are met and she was neither married nor observing a waiting period at the time of the child's birth. b- The child's parentage through the mother shall be established by the child's acknowledgment if the conditions set out in the preceding paragraph are met.

أ - يثبت نسب الولد من الام بإقرارها ، متى توافرت شروط اقرار الرجل بالولد ،
ولم تكن متزوجة ، او معتدة وقت ولادته.
