English translation
A- A man's acknowledgment that a person of unknown parentage is his child, even during his death illness, establishes parentage, provided that it is not contradicted by reason or ordinary experience and he does not state that the child is the product of illicit intercourse. Confirmation by the person acknowledged is not required unless that person is legally accountable. B- An acknowledgment by a person of unknown parentage that a man is their father establishes parentage whenever the conditions mentioned in the preceding paragraph are satisfied.

أ- اقرار الرجل ببنوة مجهول النسب ، ولو في مرض الموت ، يثبت به النسب ان لم
يكذبه العقل او العادة ، ولم يقل انه من الزنى ، ولا يشترط تصديق المقـر لـه الا إذا
كان مكلفا .
ب واقرار مجهول النسب بأبوة رجل له يثبت به النسب ، متى توافرت الشروط
