English translation
a- The female custodian may not travel with the child in custody to another country for residence except with the permission of the child's guardian or testamentary guardian. b- The guardian, whether the father or another person, may not travel with the child in custody for residence during the period of custody except with the permission of the child's female custodian.

أ- ليس للحاضنة ان تسافر بالمحضون الى دولة اخرى للإقامة الا بإذن وليه ، او
وصيه .
ب - ليس للولي ابا كان او غيره ان يسافر بالمحضون سفر اقامة في مدة حضانته الا
