English translation
A non-Muslim female custodian is entitled to custody of a Muslim child until he understands religions, or there is fear that he will become accustomed to a religion other than Islam, even if he does not understand religions. In all cases, the child in custody may not remain with this female custodian after reaching seven years of age.

الحاضنة غير المسلمة تستحق حضانة الولد المسلم، حتى يعقل الاديان ، او يخشى
عليه ان يألف غير الاسلام ، وان لم يعقل الاديان . وفي جميع الاحوال لا يجوز ابقاء
