a - If the female custodian marries a person who is not within a prohibited degree of marriage to the child in custody, and the husband consummates the marriage with her, her custody shall lapse. b - The silence of the person entitled to custody for one year—without excuse—after learning of the consummation shall extinguish his right to custody. A claim of ignorance of this provision shall not constitute an excuse.

أ - إذا تزوجت الحاضنة بغير محرم للمحضون ، ودخل بها الزوج ، تسقط حضانتها
ب - سكوت من له الحق في الحضانة مدة سنة - بلا عذر - بعد علمه بالدخول ،
