A- A person entitled to custody must satisfy the following requirements: puberty, sanity, trustworthiness, and the ability to raise the child in custody and safeguard the child's health and morals. B- A male custodian must be within the prohibited degrees of marriage to the female child and have with him a woman suitable for custody. 6

أ - يشترط في مستحق الحضانة : البلوغ ، والعقل والامانة ، والقدرة على تربية
المحضون ، وصيانته صحيا ، وخلقيا.
ب - ويشترط في الحاضن ان يكون محرما للأنثى ، وعنده من يصلح للحضانة من
