English translation
a- The right of custody belongs to the mother, then her mother however high, then the maternal aunt, then the mother’s maternal aunt, then the mother’s paternal aunt, then the paternal grandmother, then the father, then the sister, then the paternal aunt, then the father’s paternal aunt, then the father’s maternal aunt, then the brother’s daughter, then the sister’s daughter, giving priority in all cases to the full-blood relation, then the maternal half-blood relation, then the paternal half-blood relation. b- If none of these persons is entitled to custody, the right of custody shall pass to the chosen testamentary guardian, then the brother, then the agnatic grandfather, then the non-agnatic grandfather, then the brother’s son, then the paternal uncle, then his son, giving priority to the full-blood relation, then the maternal half-blood relation, then the paternal half-blood relation, whenever possible. c- If those entitled to custody are equal, the judge shall choose the one most suitable for the person in custody.

أ- حق الحضانة للام ، ثم لامها وان علت ، ثم للخالة ، ثم خالة الام ، ثم عمة الام
، ثم الجدة لاب ، ثم الاب ، ثم الاخت ، ثم العمة ، ثم عمة الاب ، ثم خالة الاب
، ثم بنت الاخ ، ثم بنت الاخت ، بتقديم الشقيق ، ثم لام ، ثم لاب في الجميع .
ب - إذا لم يوجد مستحق للحضانة من هؤلاء ، انتقل الحق في الحضانة الى الوصي
المختار ، ثم الاخ ، ثم الجد العاصب ، ثم الجد الرحمي ، ثم ابن الاخ ، ثم العم ،
ثم ابنه ، بتقديم الشقيق ، ثم لام ، ثم لاب ، متى أمكن ذلك.
