English translation
a - A female custodian shall not be entitled to custody remuneration if she is the father's wife, or is observing a waiting period during which she is entitled to maintenance from him, or during the period of consolatory maintenance awarded to the female custodian against the minor's father. b - Custody remuneration shall be due to the female custodian until the boy reaches seven years of age and the girl nine. أ- لا تستحق الحاضنة اجرة حضانة ، إذا كانت زوجة للاب ، او معتدة تستحق في
عدتها نفقة منه ، او في اثناء مدة المتعة المحكوم بها للحاضنة على ابي الصغير.
