English translation
A well-to-do child, whether male or female, owes maintenance to his or her poor parents, grandfathers, and grandmothers, even if they differ from him or her in religion or are capable of earning a livelihood. Where there are multiple children, maintenance shall be borne by him according to their means.

تجب على الولد الموسر ، ذكرا كان او انثى نفقة والديه ، واجداده ، وجداته الفقراء
، وان خالفوه في الدين او كانوا قادرين على الكسب.
