English translation

أ- إذا كان الاب معسرا ، والام موسرة ، تجب عليها نفقة ولدها ، وتكون دينا على
الاب ، ترجع به عليه ، إذا أيسر ، وكذلك إذا كان الاب غائبا ، ولا يمكن استيفاء
النفقة منه.
