English translation
An impediment to inheritance is the intentional killing of the deceased, whether the killer was a principal perpetrator or an accomplice, or a false witness whose testimony led to a death sentence and its execution, if the killing was without right and without excuse and the killer was sane and had reached the age of criminal responsibility. Exceeding the limits of the right of lawful defence is considered an excuse.

من موانع الارث قتل المورث عمداً، سواء أكان القاتل فاعلا أصليا ام شريكاً، ام
كان شاهد زور أدت شهادته الى الحكم بالإعدام وتنفيذه إذا كان القتل بلا حق، وبلا
عذر وكان القاتل عاقلاً، بالغاً حد المسئولية الجنائية، ويعد من الاعذار تجاوز حق
