English translation
a - Among the grounds of inheritance are marriage and kinship. b - Inheritance through marriage shall be by prescribed share. c - Inheritance through kinship shall be by prescribed share, by agnatic residuary succession, by both together, or through distant kindred. d - If an heir has two grounds of inheritance, he shall inherit through both together, subject to the provisions of Articles: 302, 326. أ- من اسباب الارث : الزوجية ، والقرابة.
ب - يكون الارث بالزوجية بطريق الفرض.
ج - ويكون الارث بالقرابة ، بطريق الفرض ، او التعصيب ، او بهما معا ، او بالرحم.
