English translation
A fixed share is a prescribed portion of the estate for an heir. In distributing inheritance, the fixed-share heirs shall be given priority, namely: the father, the agnatic grandfather however high in ascent, the uterine brother, the uterine sister, the husband, the wife, daughters, son's daughters however low he descends full sisters, paternal half-sisters, the mother, and the true grandmother however high in ascent.
