English translation
A - Subject to Article 309, the father shall have a prescribed share of one-sixth if the deceased has a child or a son's child, however far descended. B - In the absence of the father, the agnatic grandfather shall have one-sixth in the manner specified in the preceding paragraph. The agnatic grandfather is one whose line of descent to the deceased includes no female.

أ- مع مراعاة حكم المادة ۳۰۹ للاب فرض السدس إذا وجد للميت ولد ، او ولد
ابن وان نزل.
ب - عند عدم الاب يكون للجد العاصب السدس ، على الوجه المبين في الفقرة
السابقة.
