English translation
Subject to the provision of Article 307: a - A single daughter shall have the prescribed share of one-half, and two or more shall have two-thirds. b - Sons’ daughters shall have the foregoing prescribed share in the absence of a daughter or a son’s daughter nearer in degree than they. c - They, whether one or more, shall have one-sixth together with a daughter or a son’s daughter nearer in degree.

مع مراعاة حكم المادة ٣٠٧ :
ا - للواحدة من البنات فرض النصف ، وللاثنتين فأكثر الثلثان.
ب - لبنات الابن الفرض المتقدم عند عدم وجود بنت ، او بنت ابن اعلى منهن
درجة.
