English translation
a- Uterine siblings shall have a fixed share of one-sixth for one and one-third for two or more, males and females sharing equally. Home Page 1173 Index of the Law Personal Status Law Law No. 51 of 1984 concerning Personal Status b- If there are two or more uterine siblings and the fixed shares exhaust the estate, the full brother or full brothers, alone or with one or more full sisters, shall share with the uterine siblings, and the one-third shall be divided among them all in the manner stated above.

أ- لأولاد الام فرض السدس للواحد ، والثلث للاثنين فأكثر ، ذكورهم واناثهم في
القسمة سواء.
ب - إذا كان اولاد الام اثنين فأكثر ، واستغرقت الفروض التركة ، يشارك اولاد الام
الاخ الشقيق ، او الاخوة الاشقاء بالانفراد او مع اخت شقيقه أو أكثر ، ويقسم
