a - If the prescribed shares do not exhaust the estate and there is no residuary heir by blood, the remainder shall be returned to the holders of prescribed shares other than the spouses, in proportion to their prescribed shares. b - The remainder of the estate shall be returned to one of the spouses if there is no residuary heir by blood, or any Home Page Law Index 1176 Personal Status Law Law No. 51 of 1984 concerning Personal Status holder of a prescribed share by blood, or any distant kindred. أ- إذا لم تستغرق الفروض التركة ، ولم توجد عصبة من النسب رد الباقي على غير
الزوجين من اصحاب الفروض بنسبة فروضهم.
ب - يرد باقي التركة الى أحد الزوجين إذا لم يوجد عصبة من النسب ، او أحد
