English translation
a- Of the first class of distant kindred, those nearest in degree to the deceased have the greatest entitlement to inheritance. b- If they are equal in degree, the child of a prescribed-share heir has priority over the child of distant kindred. If they are all children of a prescribed-share heir, or there is no prescribed-share heir among them, they shall share in Law Index 1177 Home Page Personal Status Law Law No. 51 of 1984 concerning Personal Status the inheritance.

أ- الصنف الاول من ذوي الارحام اولاهم بالميراث أقربهم الى الميت درجة.
ب - فان تساووا في الدرجة فولد صاحب الفرض اولى من ولد ذوي الرحم ، وان
كانوا كلهم اولاد صاحب فرض ، او لم يكن فيهم صاحب فرض ، اشتركوا في
