English translation
A- Of the second class of distant kindred, those most entitled to inherit are those nearest in degree to the deceased. If they are equal in degree, preference shall be given to the person related through a prescribed-share heir. B- If they are equal in degree and none of them is related through a prescribed-share heir, or all of them are related through a prescribed-share heir, then, if they are all on the father's side or on the mother's side, they shall share in the inheritance. If their sides differ, two-thirds shall go to the father's relatives and one-third to the mother's relatives.

أ- الصنف الثاني من ذوي الارحام اولاهم بالميراث أقربهم الى الميت درجة ، فان
تساووا في الدرجة ، قدم من كان يدلي بصاحب فرض .
ب - إذا تساووا في الدرجة ، وليس فيهم من يدلي بصاحب فرض او كانوا كلهم
يدلون بصاحب فرض ، فان كانوا جميعا من جهة الاب او من جهة الام ، اشتركوا
في الارث ، وان اختلفت جهاتهم ، فالثلثان لقرابة الاب ، والثلث لقرابة الام.Ask about this article
