a - If the amount reserved for the fetus falls short of its entitlement, the balance shall be recovered from the heirs whose shares included the excess. b - If the amount reserved for the fetus exceeds its entitlement, the excess shall be returned to the heirs entitled thereto.

أ- إذا نقص الموقوف للحمل عما يستحقه يرجع بالباقي على من دخلت الزيادة في
نصيبه من الورثة.
