English translation
a - The missing person’s share in the estate of the person from whom he inherits shall be reserved for him. If he appears alive, he shall take it; if he is declared dead by judgment, his share shall be returned to those heirs entitled to it at the time of the death of the person from whom he inherits. b - If he appears alive after the judgment declaring his death, he shall take what remains of his share in the heirs’ hands.

أ - يوقف للمفقود من تركه مورثه نصيبه فيها ، فان ظهر حيا اخذه وان حكـم
بموته رد نصيبه الى من يستحقه من الورثة وقت موت مورثه.
ب - ان ظهر حيا بعد الحكم بموته ، اخذ ما تبقى من نصيبه بأيدي الورثة .Ask about this article
