a- Marriage is of two types: valid or invalid. A valid marriage is one whose constituent elements and all conditions of validity are satisfied in accordance with the provisions of this Law. Any other marriage is invalid, being either void or defective.

أ- الزواج نوعان: صحيح او غير صحيح.
الزواج الصحيح ما توافرت اركانه ، وجميع شرائط صحته وفق احكام هذا
