English translation
a- An effective, binding marriage is one that is neither contingent upon anyone's approval nor susceptible to annulment, pursuant to the provisions of this Law. b- An effective, non-binding marriage is one that is susceptible to annulment for a reason permitted by this Law. c- An ineffective marriage is one concluded subject to the approval of the person entitled to grant approval. أ- الزواج النافذ اللازم هو ما لا يكون موقوفا على اجازة أحد، ولا قابلا للفسخ ،
طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون.
ب - الزواج النافذ غير اللازم هو الذي يقبل الفسخ بسبب يسوغه هذا القانون.
