English translation
a- A valid but ineffective marriage shall produce none of its effects before ratification or consummation. b- If ratified, it shall be deemed effective from the time of the contract. c- Upon consummation, it shall be subject to the rules governing an irregular marriage after consummation.

أ- الزواج الصحيح غير النافذ لا يترتب عليه شيء من الآثار قبل الاجازة، او
الدخول.
ب - وإذا اجيز اعتبر نافذا من وقت العقد.
