English translation
a- If a defect occurs in the formula or in the contracting party's capacity that prevents formation of the contract. b- If the wife is among those prohibited by kinship, breastfeeding, or affinity, or is another man's wife Law Index 1139 Home Page Personal Status Law Law No. 51 of 1984 concerning Personal Status , or is observing her waiting period from him, or has been divorced three times by the husband, or may not lawfully be married concurrently with a woman in his wedlock, or does not profess a revealed religion. c- If either spouse is an apostate, or the husband is non-Muslim and the woman is Muslim. In the preceding paragraphs b and c, knowledge of the prohibition and its cause must be established. Ignorance shall not be considered an excuse if its assertion would not be accepted from someone such as the person asserting it.

ا- إذا حصل خلل في الصيغة، او في اهلية العاقد يمنع انعقاد العقد
ب - إذا كانت الزوجة من المحارم قرابة، او رضاعا ، او مصاهرة ، او زوجة للغير
، او معتدته ، او مطلقة الزوج ثلاثا ، او لا يحل الجمع بينها وبين من في عصمته ، او
لا تدين بدين سماوي.
ج - إذا كان أحد الزوجين مرتدا، او كان الزوج غير مسلم والمرأة مسلمة.
يشترط في الفقرتين ب ، ج السابقتين - ثبوت العلم بالتحريم وسببه ، ولا يعتبر
