English translation
If the wife kills her husband, in a killing that bars inheritance, before consummation, the dower she has received shall be recovered from her, and the remainder shall lapse. If the killing occurs after consummation, she shall not be entitled to any of the remainder.

إذا قتلت الزوجة زوجها قتلا مانعا من الارث قبل الدخول، استرد منها ما قبضته
من المهر ، وسقط ما بقي منه . وإذا كان القتل بعد الدخول فلا تستحق شيئا من
