English translation
a - The wife is entitled to half the specified dower upon divorce before consummation or valid seclusion. b - If she has received more than half, the excess shall be recovered from her. c - If she has gifted her husband half her dower or more, nothing shall be recovered from her upon divorce before consummation or valid seclusion. If what she gifted was less than half the dower, the remainder of the half shall be recovered from her.

أ- يجب للزوجة نصف المهر المسمى بالطلاق قبل الدخول او الخلوة الصحيحة.
ب - وإذا قبضت زيادة على النصف، رجع عليها بالزيادة.
ج - وإذا وهبت لزوجها نصف مهرها أو أكثر، لا يرجع عليها بشيء في الطلاق قبل
الدخول او الخلوة الصحيحة وان كان ما وهبته اقل من نصف المهر رجع عليها
