English translation
Maintenance for the wife is incumbent upon her husband by virtue of a valid contract, even if she is wealthy or differs from him in religion, if she makes herself available to him, even constructively.

تجب النفقة للزوجة على زوجها بالعقد الصحيح ، ولو كانـت مـوسـرة ، او مختلفة
