English translation
If the spouses dispute household effects and neither has evidence, the wife’s statement under oath shall prevail regarding what is customarily associated with women, and the man’s statement under oath shall prevail regarding everything else. This rule shall apply in a dispute between either spouse and the heirs of the other, or between their respective heirs. إذا اختلف الزوجان في متاع البيت ولا بينه لهما ، فالقول للزوجة مع يمينها فيما
يعرف للنساء ، وللرجل مع يمينه فيما عدا ذلك.
