English translation
a - Maintenance may be increased or reduced as the husband's circumstances or prices in the country change. b - An action for an increase or reduction shall not be heard before one year has elapsed since maintenance was imposed, except in exceptional supervening circumstances. c - The increase or reduction shall take effect from the date of judgment.
Arabic original
أ- تجوز زيادة النفقة ونقصها بتغير حال الزوج او اسعار البلد.
ب - ولا تسمع دعوى الزيادة او النقص قبل مضى سنة على فرض النفقة الا في
الحالات الاستثنائية الطارئة.
