English translation
a- During the hearing of a maintenance action, the judge may order the husband to pay temporary maintenance to the wife if she requests it, renewable monthly until the action is finally determined. This order shall be immediately enforceable. b- The husband may deduct or recover what he has paid, in accordance with the final judgment.

أ- للقاضي في اثناء نظر دعوى النفقة ان يأمر الزوج بأداء نفقة مؤقتة الى الزوجة
إذا طلبت ذلك ، وتتجدد شهريا ، حتى يفصل نهائيا في الدعوى.
ويكون هذا الامر واجب التنفيذ فورا.
ب - وللزوج ان يحط او يسترد ما اداه ، طبقا للحكم النهائي .Ask about this article
