A male employee and a female employee with a mild, moderate or severe disability, and a male employee and a female employee assigned to care for a person with a moderate or severe disability, shall be entitled to a reduction in working hours of two paid hours daily, in accordance with the conditions and controls to be issued by a decision of the Authority. يســتحق الموظــف والموظفــة مــن ذوي الإعاقــة البســيطة أو المتوســطة أو الشــديدة،
والموظــف والموظفــة المكلــف برعايــة شــخصا مــن ذوي الإعاقــة المتوســطة أو الشــديدة
تخفيــض ســاعات العمــل بواقــع ســاعتين يوميــا مدفوعــة الأجــر وذلــك وفقــا لــلشروط
