Article 41 of Disability Law

As an exception to the provisions of the Social Insurance Law and the Military Pensions Law, an insured person or beneficiary whom the competent technical committee determines to be disabled shall be entitled to a retirement pension equivalent to (100%) of the full salary, not exceeding two thousand seven hundred and fifty Kuwaiti dinars, if the period of service counted towards the pension reaches at least (15) years for males and (10) years for females. Attaining a particular age shall not be a condition for receiving the pension in this case.
